This role requires Florida AHCA Clearinghouse background screening. For more information:

• Assist residents with ADLs and work with the team to ensure appropriate resident care is provided
• Assist at meals
• Follow infection control and facility policies
• Measure and record heights, weights, temperatures, pulses, respirations and blood pressures (TPRs and B/P)
• Report all changes in residents’ condition to the supervisor as soon as practical
• Hold a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification by the State
