We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) to become an integral part of our growing healthcare team. • Flexible Independent Contractor (1099) Position
• Competitive Compensation: $55 - $65 per Hour

You will provide comprehensive primary care services for adult patients ages 18 and older, with an emphasis on:

• Preventive care and wellness visits
• Chronic disease management
• General medical evaluations
• Annual physicals
• Evidence‑based screening and preventive health guidelines

Our providers typically see approximately 16-20 patients per day, allowing sufficient time to deliver thoughtful, high‑quality care while maintaining an efficient workflow.

• Licensed APRN or Physician Assistant in Florida
• Prior Primary Care experience preferred
• Comfortable managing approximately 20 patients per day
• Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
• Spanish‑speaking candidates are encouraged to apply, though bilingual ability is not required

• $55 - $65 per hour based on experience
