Nurse Supervisor

Facility: Sun Harbor
Position: Weekend Nurse Supervisor (RN or LPN)
Location: Port Charlotte, FL
Schedule: Weekends | 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Pay: $35 – $41/hr (based on licensure and experience)

At Sun Harbor, we are committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care in a supportive and team-driven environment. We are seeking a strong, dependable Weekend Nurse Supervisor to lead clinical operations during weekend shifts and ensure residents receive the highest standard of care.

• Supervise and support nursing staff during weekend shifts to ensure quality resident care
• Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies and clinical situations
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to nursing team members
• Promote a positive, collaborative team environment
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with all facility policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of Florida
• Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or long-term care preferred
• Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience strongly preferred
• Strong leadership, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
