Nurse practitioner or Physician Assistant – Primary Care (Job #8506) at Healthcare Resources Group of GA, LLC, Port Charlotte, FL.
Seeking an experienced Nurse practitioner or Physician Assistant for a busy Internal Medicine Practice/Primary Care setting.
Join a growing primary care group with over 60 offices across Florida.
Mid-Level Provider will provide evaluation, management, and treatment of patients in the practice.
Experience with Managed Care, Medicare Advantage, and HEDIS Coding required. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates preferred.
Outpatient practice with hours Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. No weekends or late hours during the week.
The Provider, under the direction of the Attending Physician, will establish treatment protocols, evaluate, diagnose, initiate therapy, and perform other acts of diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring.

Requirements- BLS and ACLS certification
- Excellent communication skills
- Active Florida license
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills
- Experience with EMR/EHR preferred
- Located within 30 miles of Port Charlotte, FL (1 hour from Fort Myers, 25 minutes to the West coast)
- Full-time employment
- Salary: $110,000 – $120,000 per year
