HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is seeking CRNAs to join the established and collaborative team at HCA Florida Fawcett Hospital in Port Charlotte Florida.
This is a strong opportunity for both experienced CRNAs and new graduates seeking a supportive environment with autonomy, case variety, and long term growth.
Position Highlights- Anesthesia care team model with 7 anesthesiologists including 3 cardiac and 15 CRNAs
- Coverage includes 10 ORs plus Cath Lab Interventional Radiology and Endoscopy
- Approximately 8000 annual cases
- Diverse case mix including cardiac ortho general surgery endoscopy neuro spine vascular and robotics
- No pediatrics no obstetrics and no trauma
- CRNAs practice at top of license with autonomy
- Perform blocks lines and airway management with demonstrated proficiency
- Four 10 hour shifts per week
- One weekday late shift per week
- Beeper call for additional compensation
- If called in cases are typically emergent
- Physician always on site
- Competitive tiered base salary plus 40000 geographic stipend
- 15000 additional stipend for cardiac proficiency
- Up to 75000 start bonus and relocation assistance available
- Eight weeks time away from practice with no waiting period
- Premium pay for extra shifts or extended hours
