Pay Rate: Up to $21.50 per hour (based on experience)
Are you a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) looking to make a meaningful difference? Sun Harbor Healthcare in Port Charlotte is seeking CNAs who are committed to delivering exceptional, resident-centered care in a supportive and team-oriented environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
Monitor, measure, and document vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
Support residents’ comfort, safety, and emotional well-being
Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to provide high-quality care
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized resident environment
Accurately complete electronic documentation as required
Valid Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
Basic computer skills for electronic health records
