American Traveler is hiring an Emergency Department RN for a non-trauma unit requiring at least 1 year of ER experience and ACLS/BLS/PALS certifications.

• 1:5 patient ratio with high acuity holds
• 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week
• Ventilator experience preferred

• Active FL or compact RN license required
• Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department experience required
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
• COVID vaccination card or approved declination required for consideration

• Navy blue scrub color required
• No radius rule in place
• Local candidates accepted at the same rate as travelers
• Former permanent employees must have a 90-day gap before returning as a traveler

The $1,836 weekly pay shown in this posting, along with related figures, corresponds to the higher end of this range. Weekly travel pay includes tax-free stipends per IRS guidelines. Weekly local pay is fully taxable and therefore lower due to additional employer-paid taxes and related costs.
