- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent clinical outcomes

Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse – LPN/LVN
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate homecare to pediatric patients with low acuity needs, including GTube management
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent clinical outcomes
- Utilize electronic documentation via tablets in patient homes
- Support patients and families with empathy and professionalism
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
- Current CPR certification (training available post-hire if needed)
- TB skin test within the last 12 months
- Reliable transportation
- Preferred but not required:
Six months of hands-on nursing experience
- Flexible scheduling with options for full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
- Local support from clinicians and operators 24/7
