is seeking an
Advanced Practice Provider

- Provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary careto pediatric through geriatric patients, including women's health
- Deliver independent and collaborative medical management of acute and chronic conditions
- Order and interpret diagnostic testing, including labs and imaging
- Monitor treatment plans and coordinate referrals to physicians or specialists as needed
- Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff to ensure continuity and consistency of care
- Deliver care with aprofessional, compassionate, and patient-focused approach
- Master's degree innursing (FNP/APRN) or Physician Assistant Studies
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in Family or Internal Medicine preferred
- Experience caring for patients of all agesand managing acute and chronic conditions strongly preferred
- Active Florida APRN or PA-C license
- Active DEA license
- ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA (or equivalent) certification
- BLSrequired; ACLS (preferred)
