Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Port Charlotte, FL
Shifts Available: 12-hour shifts
Pay Rate: $27.50 – $33 per hour (based on experience)
Position Overview: Join our dedicated nursing team at Charlotte Bay Rehabilitation and Care Center, where compassionate care meets professional growth. We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality, resident-centered nursing care in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Procure and manage prescribed medications, supplies, and equipment as required.
- Implement and execute individualized care plans to meet residents' unique health needs.
- Perform clinical duties such as wound care, treatments, and nursing procedures safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of resident observations, interventions, and assessments.
- Safeguard privacy and rights of residents, families, and colleagues in accordance with HIPAA regulations and facility policies.
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Florida.
- Previous experience in skilled nursing care is highly preferred.
- Strong clinical skills combined with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
