• Be a Team Member:
  Collaborates with other associates to build a strong meat team; communicate with team members; and be flexible to the needs of the business to work in other areas.
• Be an Expert:
  Demonstrates knowledge of floor operations, product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and the operation, maintenance, and sanitization of equipment; prepares meat products according to standards; maintains product quality standards.
• Be a Techie:
  Uses digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; uses handheld devices to make decisions related to production, training, and product quality with the member in mind.
• Be an Owner:
  Maintains work area per company policies; ensures quality and date control standards for meat products; secures fragile and high-shrink merchandise; eliminates waste; assists members with purchasing decisions; ensures merchandise is properly packaged, labeled, and stored.
• Be a Talent Ambassador:
  Advocates for the department and club by valuing the member’s experience in the meat area and modeling high-quality service and products; demonstrates energy, commitment, and passion for the work.
• Complies with policies and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing action plans and applying the Open Door Policy.
• Completes work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other partners; identifying priorities and deadlines; communicating progress; seeking improvements and adapting to change.
