Position Summary

Sam's Club #6445 located at 17700 Murdock Cir, Port Charlotte, FL . 3 open positions available.

• Provide member service and support throughout the club.
• Maintain checkout, entrance, and exit areas and ensure they are organized and safe.
• Process member purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies.
• Conduct safety sweeps and follow all safety standards and procedures.
• Properly handle merchandise, report unsafe situations, and identify shrink or damages.
• Zone and organize merchandise; assist members in locating items and transporting them.
• Review receipts, secure assets, and communicate potential criminal activity in line with security policies.
• Maintain required paperwork, logs, and documentation; execute emergency response procedures.
• Assist with training new Member Frontline Services associates on processes, tools, and new program rollouts.
• Collaborate with managers, co‑workers, and customers to prioritize tasks and communicate progress.
• Demonstrate integrity, teamwork, and a customer‑first mindset while driving continuous improvement.

• Retail experience including operating front‑end equipment such as a cash register.
• Experience working with mobile retail applications.

• Additional experience with mobile retail applications.
• Prior retail or customer‑service experience.

Hourly wage range: $17.00 to $25.00 per hour. Additional premiums may apply based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
