The CAR Group (Norm Reeves Dealerships) in Port Charlotte, FL is seeking a motivated BDC Representative to be the first contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound communications, and setting appointments to support the sales team with a professional customer experience. This full-time, onsite role requires availability on Fridays and Saturdays with shifts from 8:30 AM–5:00 PM or 11:30 AM–8:00 PM.
Compensation consists of hourly base pay plus uncapped performance bonuses, with earnings
