Roofing Repair Technician

Overview

Roofing company in search of reliable Roof Repair Technician, but additional trade skills are a bonus.

Do not apply if you do not have roofing experience.

• Diagnose leaks and repair if able
• Perform contract repairs according to scope
• Be knowledgeable of Florida Building Codes and perform all work according to the FBC
• Perform punch list type repairs as needed
• Receive assignments, start and finish assignments, and provide a job report in our CRM portal
• Communicate and be reliable day to day work during normal business hours
• Call customers ahead of arrival and keep customer informed of any delays or changes to their schedule
• Travel out of area only as needed (this can be limited to your preference)
• Collect payments as needed and turn into the office
• Customer service — must be able to professionally interact with customers
• Should have primary tools; company can provide some tools as needed during employment
• Can use own truck with adjusted compensation for use or use company truck
• Must have a Valid Driver’s License to use company truck

• Experience in roofing required
• Knowledge of Florida Building Codes and ability to perform work according to the FBC
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers
• Must have a valid driver’s license

• Hourly position starting pay $20 per hour; experience required
• Earn up to 5 days PTO per year after probationary period
• Some paid holidays
• 30 day review to provide feedback, create goals, and consider any appropriate adjustment for compensation
• Annual reviews performed
