Lumos is seeking Service Operations Technicians to install, test, and maintain fiber services for homes and businesses. You will set up fiber facilities, test GPON/PON, and manage cross-connects at LCC cabinets while coordinating with our SOC onsite.
Ideal candidates have 1+ year telecom experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong customer-facing skills; it’s a hands-on role that requires safety awareness and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
