Parking Enforcement Lead

The job

Marina Parking Lot in Port Chester is hiring an warm, energetic enforcement lead. You'll walk the lot, scan license plates with our Spaceforce app, and make sure everyone parked has paid. No experience needed, we train you on everything the first week.

• Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon: 11:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Shifts run about 5-6 hours

• Up to $24/hr, paid weekly
• Referral bonus eligibility if you bring a friend who sticks around 30 days

• Walk the lot on a regular cadence, scanning plates as you go
• Flag unpaid vehicles via the app, issue tickets, or immobilize
• Help drivers pay for parking to avoid enforcement (we'll give you the script)
• Report anything needing attention through the app

• Reliability. If you say you'll be there, you're there.
• Comfortable being outside and walking for most of a shift
• Can follow clear instructions and use your best judgment if you need to pivot
• A phone that can run our Spaceforce app

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Access to personal devices for work: smartphone - any type

Preferred qualifications:

• 16 years or older
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Background check
• Able to work in an environment with fluctuating temperatures
• Comfortable handling customer complaints
• Able to stand for duration of shift
• Available to work: weekends
