Budget Blinds is hiring a Full-Time Admin & Warranty Coordinator to enhance its warranty management processes. This in-office position requires strong detail management and proactive communication.
In this critical role within Budget Blinds, North America's top provider of custom window coverings, you will manage warranty claims, remakes, and communications effectively. Your keen organizational skills will ensure that each case is documented correctly and that all parties remain informed and accountable. The position demands ownership, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee warranty claims from initiation to resolution
• Document root causes and follow up efficiently
• Organize documentation in TouchPoint CRM
• Provide clear communication to customers regarding claims
• Generate accountability reports for management review
Requirements:
• Strong organizational and documentation skills required
• Confident in written and verbal English communication
• Familiarity with CRM systems advantageous
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Calm demeanor in high-pressure situations
