Key Responsibilities:
• Operate a switchboard and manage incoming calls
• Prepare and type various health-related documents
• Maintain filing and documentation systems
• Process mail and courier deliveries efficiently
• Assist in scheduling and organization of meetings
Requirements:
• High school diploma and completion of Office Administration program
• At least 1 year of relevant administrative experience
• Capability to type 40 wpm
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to manage office equipment and tasks
