Regional Sales Manager

Our client is a global, family owned manufacturer of premium building solutions with a strong reputation for quality, sustainability, and long term stability. They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead a defined territory and drive continued market growth.

This role is ideal for a hands on sales leader who enjoys being in the field, building strong dealer and contractor relationships, and leading a small outside sales team. You will work closely with the National Sales Manager to execute regional strategy and expand market share across dealers, builders, contractors, roofers, and architects.

• Own and execute territory growth strategy
• Strengthen dealer and channel partnerships
• Lead and support a regional sales team
• Conduct job site visits, presentations, and product training
• Represent a high quality, category leading product portfolio
• What we are looking for
• 3 to 5 years of outside sales and leadership experience
• Building materials or construction industry background preferred
• Strong relationship builder with a field focused mindset

• Base Salary of $85,000 per year plus bonus
