Position: Electrical Project Coordinator Role
We are looking for an Electrical Project Coordinator to streamline processes for our electrical projects. This in-office position focuses on reviewing plans and ensuring materials are on-site and compliant.

You will play a critical role in project success by liaising between Project Managers, suppliers, and stakeholders. Your experience in construction administration will guide you in managing and assisting with permits, procurement, and the resolution of design issues. A detail-oriented approach is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Managers in evaluating electrical drawings

• Manage procurement of switch gear and electrical commodities

• Log all paperwork and maintain communication with stakeholders

• Help resolve design discrepancies and submit permits

• Prepare reports on plan deficiencies for managers

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in construction administration

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings

• Knowledge of workplace compliance regulations

• College diploma or related qualifications
