As a key player in the Finance team, you will leverage your CPA and 4-6 years' experience to support financial leadership and create robust reporting structures.

Your role encompasses overseeing compliance activities and enhancing cost accounting methodologies, crucial to the organization’s success and operational insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and mentoring to Finance staff

• Implement process improvements in financial operations

• Develop comprehensive financial reports for management

• Coordinate month-end closing and audit activities

• Analyze operational metrics for performance improvements

Requirements:

• CPA qualification or equivalent is mandatory

• 4–6 years of extensive accounting experience

• Proven experience in manufacturing preferred

• Expertise in cost accounting principles required

• Previous supervisory experience in finance significant
