Job DescriptionCustomer Experience Associate at TD Canada Trust. Responsible for processing financial transactions, providing excellent customer experience, and promoting banking solutions.
Responsibilities- Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments per standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Understand and determine customer needs to recommend appropriate solutions.
- Respond and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures and escalating when necessary.
- Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing processes in a timely and accurate manner.
- Connect personally with customers to advise them on banking solutions and processes.
- Help build a positive, diverse and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness and participating in personal performance development.
- Assist the team by respecting coworkers, staying dedicated, and keeping everyone up-to-date on routine activities.
- Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements where possible.
- High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
- Strong administration, organizational, planning and time management skills.
- Hands‑on knowledge of using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet.
- Initiative, accuracy, detail orientation, ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities.
- Dynamic communicator with customer experience skills, verbal and written communication in a calm, courteous manner.
