Recruitment Coordinator (Onsite – Coquitlam, BC)

We’re partnering with a well-established, BC-based organization in the transportation and logistics space to hire a Recruitment Coordinator to support full-cycle hiring during an upcoming maternity leave.

This is an on-site role best suited for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands‑on environment and wants exposure across the full recruitment lifecycle.

• Support full-cycle recruitment for operational and support roles (drivers, warehouse, trades, admin)
• Create and post job ads across multiple platforms
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone pre-screens
• Coordinate and schedule in-person and virtual interviews
• Maintain accurate candidate tracking using Excel and internal tools (no ATS)
• Support onboarding and new‑hire orientation activities
• Prepare offer letters, employment documentation, and onboarding checklists
• Assist with basic HR administration and occasional Health & Safety initiatives
• Help improve recruitment processes and candidate experience

• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or HR coordination
• Exposure to blue‑collar hiring (trades, logistics, warehouse, labour, drivers)
• Highly organized and comfortable managing candidates without an ATS
• Strong Excel and administrative skills
• Clear, professional communication (written and verbal)

• Experience in transportation, logistics, manufacturing, or industrial environments
• Agency recruiting or staffing coordinator background
• Familiarity with onboarding, HR documentation, or employment legislation

• Stable, hands‑on recruiting exposure in a real operational environment
• Supportive, coaching‑oriented leadership (not micromanaged)
• Opportunity to build strong full-cycle recruiting fundamentals

• Location: 100% onsite – Coquitlam, BC
• Term: 18‑month contract to start with an opportunity to convert to FT
