This role, embedded within the Canadian Leadership Team, focuses on both strategic and hands-on operational activities. The ideal candidate must excel in areas such as manufacturing operations, project execution, and service delivery while being adept at building effective teams and driving impactful change initiatives. Your leadership will be crucial in creating robust processes that support ongoing business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to business performance strategies as part of the leadership team

• Implement KPIs for operational visibility and accountability

• Manage manufacturing and logistics operations effectively

Requirements:

• 10+ years in operations, manufacturing, or related leadership

• Experience in technology and hardware manufacturing sectors

• Demonstrated history of process improvements and organizational change

• Strong financial management skills and experience

• Preferred: MBA or related advanced degree
