Our client is looking for a professional with extensive project management experience, especially in heavy industrial settings. This role requires managing complex projects from planning to execution, emphasizing safety, quality assurance, and operational success. In this position, you will coordinate subcontractor activities, manage financial forecasting, and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily construction operations with precision

• Create and oversee project schedules and performance metrics

• Handle contract negotiations and revisions effectively

• Supervise subcontractor coordination and documentation reviews

• Track and manage financial aspects including job costs

Requirements:

• PMP designation is advantageous

• 7–10 years of project management experience required

• Background in heavy industrial work, especially process piping

• Familiarity with MS Project and Primavera P6 essential

• Valid driver’s license and vehicle access mandatory
