Membership Sales Representative
Gold's Gym BC is looking for an energetic, motivated, and results-driven Membership Sales Representative to join our team. If you're passionate about fitness, enjoy building relationships, and thrive in a sales-focused environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Shift
Evenings and Weekends required. Must be available: 5 days a week - Full Time. No extended travel permitted in the first 6 months of employment.

Key Responsibilities

Generate membership sales by conducting club tours, networking through business-to-business outreach, obtaining member referrals, and promoting the club through guest pass distribution.

Meet or exceed monthly sales revenue targets and appointment goals established by management.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing members.

Respond to member and guest inquiries professionally via phone, email, and in person.

Develop community partnerships by placing lead generation boxes and collaborating with local businesses.

Identify, develop, and secure new corporate membership accounts to drive revenue growth.

Represent the club within the community by organizing events and creating local marketing opportunities.

Prepare and submit daily sales activity and performance reports.

Participate in promotional events, including open houses, trade shows, community events, and member appreciation nights.

Maintain a thorough understanding of Gold's Gym programs, services, facilities, policies, and brand history.

Attend sales meetings and training sessions as required.

Qualifications

Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales-focused role.

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
