Kongsberg Discovery Canada Ltd. is seeking an experienced Sales Operations Coordinator to enhance international sales operations. With a focus on inbound sales processes, the successful candidate will collaborate with teams across Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Support to ensure smooth operations and data integrity. This position is suited for someone who thrives in a dynamic B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and process sales quotes and orders
• Check accuracy of product configuration and agreements
• Maintain and update CRM system (Dynamics 365)
• Analyze sales data and build dashboards in Excel / Power BI
• Coordinate workflows for timely order processing
Requirements:
• 2–5 years of experience in sales operations
• Proficient in Excel and CRM systems
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Must be a Canadian citizen or Permanent Resident
