Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage exclusive leads from our marketing team

• Make 20-40 calls to prospective customers daily

• Collect full finance applications required for approvals

• Structure financing solutions to maximize gross

• Complete deals from submission through delivery

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in a dealership setting

• Proven track record of financing subprime deals

• Strong desk and negotiation skills required

• High level of self-motivation and commission-driven mindset

• Must possess a valid driver's license and full availability
