Auto Lending Hub is actively hiring an experienced Sales & Finance professional who knows how to close subprime deals, structure approvals, and move volume consistently from start to finish.

This is not a role where you need to hunt for customers. We generate unlimited in-house leads daily, so your focus stays on what matters most:

  • Calling hot leads
  • Structuring approvals properly
  • Working lender programs
  • Maximizing gross and commissions
  • Taking the customer from lead to delivery

If you are already averaging 5–6 funded deals per month minimum and know how to navigate subprime financing, this is one of the highest-income opportunities in BC automotive.

Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based opportunity built for top performers.

  • Realistic earnings: CA $80,000 – CA $200,000+ per year
  • Unlimited earning potential

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Work exclusive in-house leads generated by our internal marketing team
  • Make 20–40 customer calls per day minimum
  • Handle Sales + Finance for subprime customers
  • Collect the full customer application required for Dealer track
  • Manage the process A–Z: from Dealer track submission to vehicle sale
  • Work directly with lenders to secure approvals and satisfy all conditions
  • Structure deals to maximize lender approvals
  • Prepare and manage all required customer documentation
  • Complete the full sales process through delivery
  • Coordinate with our driver/logistics team for vehicle delivery when required
  • Follow up on hot leads and maintain a strong close ratio
  • Ensure compliance and deal accuracy
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from approval to keys in hand
What We Need From You
  • Minimum 2+ years dealership experience
  • Must already be consistently producing 5–6 car deals per month
  • Solid understanding of subprime lending and deal structuring
  • Must know the A–Z process from Dealer track to sold delivery
  • Hands-on experience with Dealer track submissions, lender communication, and funding conditions
  • Ability to collect full finance documents quickly and accurately
  • Strong desk, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Comfortable handling 20–40 calls daily
  • Self-motivated and highly commission driven
  • Comfortable managing pipeline and CRM follow-ups
  • Professional attitude with a winning mindset
