In this role, you'll support the Group and Outside Sales teams through coordination and administrative tasks. You'll assist with RFP submissions, manage customer accounts, and help with eCommerce initiatives, ensuring accurate data management. Your insights into sales trends will facilitate better sales opportunities and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate training and scheduling for sales team events
• Manage logistics and materials for team meetings
• Assist in preparing and submitting proposals
• Support Bulk Oil contract maintenance and account management
• Troubleshoot and resolve account-related issues promptly
Requirements:
• Previous experience in sales support preferred
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills for customer interaction
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
