As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting sales operations and ensuring accuracy in processing. Responsibilities include preparing sales quotes, maintaining the CRM system, tracking sales pipeline activity, and collaborating with key teams to align customer demand. Previous experience in sales operations, proficiency in Excel, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and process sales quotes and orders accurately
• Maintain CRM data hygiene and track pipeline activity
• Support S&OP and S&OE processes with accurate forecasts
• Generate sales reports and analyze data for insights
• Coordinate workflows across Sales, Finance, and Operations
Requirements:
• 2–5 years in sales operations or commercial support
• Proficient in Excel and CRM systems
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Canadian citizen or Permanent Resident required
