In this position, you will manage the preparation of sales quotes, maintain CRM systems, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure operational efficiency. Engaging in customer communications and tracking order status will also be essential. The ideal candidate will bring 2–5 years of sales operations experience and strong analytical skills to the table.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate sales quotes and orders for customers

• Track sales activities and maintain CRM data integrity

• Generate insightful sales reports and analyze performance

• Execute S&OP processes and monitor order fulfillment

• Coordinate workflows among Sales, Finance, and Operations teams

Requirements:

• 2–5 years in sales operations, support, or related fields

• Proficiency in Excel and CRM software

• Strong detail orientation and organizational skills

• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities

• Canadian citizenship or Permanent Residency required
