Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance club performance and revenue growth

• Coach and develop a driven sales and fitness team

• Oversee sales KPIs, lead generation, and conversion rates

• Manage daily gym operations effectively

• Cultivate relationships with local businesses and corporate partners

Requirements:

• At least 2 years in fitness management or sales
