• Lead complex troubleshooting and service work.
• Serve as a technical resource for other technicians.
• Mentor apprentices and junior technicians.

• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Service rooftop units, make‑up air units, heat pumps, cooling towers, boilers, chillers, and related mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical and control issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance inspections.
• Complete service repairs to manufacturer specifications.
• Support technicians with advanced troubleshooting.
• Respond to emergency service calls when required.

• Build trust and long-term customer relationships.
• Clearly communicate findings and recommendations.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer facilities and equipment reliability.

• Mentor apprentices and developing technicians.

• Journeyperson Refrigeration Mechanic
• Gas Ticket (Minimum Class
  
  B)
• Valid Driver's License
• Minimum 5 years commercial HVAC service experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Clean driving abstract

• Red Seal Refrigeration Certification
• Hydronic heating experience
• Commercial boiler experience
• Controls troubleshooting experience
• Chiller and Cooling Tower experience
• Leadership or mentoring experience

  AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
