Seeking an experienced Carpenter for full time work in Port Coquitlam, BC, with a competitive hourly wage of $30 to $45. Engage in diverse residential construction tasks.
This permanent Carpenter role requires 2-3 years of hands-on experience. Candidates are expected to work across various locations, performing essential duties like fitting and installing windows and maintaining wooden structures. Working at heights and in dusty settings will be part of the job, along with minimizing supervision while executing tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate in fitting and installing doors, stairs, and hardware
• Maintain and renovate residential wooden structures effectively
• Operate hand tools safely on different sites
• Work independently, ensuring quality of work
• Perform tasks while adhering to safety regulations
Requirements:
• Must have 2-3 years of relevant carpentry experience
• Secondary school graduation certificate required
• Own tools and safety gear such as steel-toed boots and a vest
• Capable of working in challenging conditions
• Must have authorization to work in Canada
