As a Concrete Finisher, your responsibilities will include the careful direction of concrete placement and the operation of necessary equipment. You will need 1 to 2 years of experience to instruct apprentices and ensure precision in every project. Working various shifts, you'll engage in tasks that include repairing and resurfacing structures based on technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct concrete pouring and placement into forms

• Compact surfaces using power vibrators

• Instruct apprentices in safe work practices

• Apply curing substances on freshly finished surfaces

• Repair and restore any damaged concrete sectors

Requirements:

• High school graduation certificate required

• 1 to 2 years in concrete finishing

• Ability to work at heights

• Proficient in interpreting blueprints and drawings

• Familiarity with hardening and sealing processes
