Key Responsibilities:

• Install heat pump-based heating and cooling systems

• Diagnose and repair refrigeration and cooling equipment

• Conduct annual system inspections and maintenance

• Communicate effectively with customers and team members

• Maintain accurate service records

Requirements:

• Red Seal Certification or 4th-year Apprentice level

• Class B Gas Fitter license preferred

• Valid BC Class 5 driver’s license

• Familiarity with local residential architecture

• Strong problem-solving skills and professional demeanor
