Modern Niagara seeks an experienced technician who will inspect, maintain, and enhance Building Automation Systems (BAS). You will utilize over five years of industry experience to ensure client satisfaction through effective diagnoses and solutions. Your proactive approach will support operational efficiency and long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve issues with BAS using industry standards

• Provide effective customer training on BAS systems

• Document service work and issues clearly for clients

• Support service team with potential sales leads

• Participate in the on-call rotation for clients

Requirements:

• 5+ years of BAS servicing experience

• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems

• Experience with brands like Trane and Automated Logic

• Valid driver's license for travel within Vancouver

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
