Electronic Security Installation Technician

Become a pivotal member at Securitas Technology Canada as an Electronic Security Installation Technician. This role involves installing and servicing essential security systems with a unionized environment.

As part of the United Steelworkers union, you'll work under the direction of the District Installation Manager. Key responsibilities include installing Card Access, CCTV, Fire Monitoring systems, and providing both technical and user support to our clients. Your reserved access to equipment and project updates will be essential for successful operations and higher client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and service security systems

• Provide direct user support for efficient usage

• Complete safety paperwork and work orders with precision

• Participate in ongoing training to maintain skill levels

• Maintain vehicle stock and oversee inventory counts

Requirements:

• Excellent computer skills, pursuing A+ certification

• Strong problem-solving abilities with diagnosing issues

• Willingness to work a 24-hour on-call rotation

• BC Security License and valid driver's license

• Outstanding communication and writing skills
