Northstar Access Scaffold Erector

We are looking for Scaffold Erectors (Apprentices 1-8) to perform essential duties like fabrication and erection of metal scaffold structures. Working closely with other trades, you will ensure compliance with safety regulations, track materials, and mentor apprentices at job sites. Membership in the United Brotherhood of Carpenters is necessary for all Scaffold Erectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Erect and dismantle temporary scaffolding for projects

• Monitor scaffold material inventory on-site

• Confirm designs and select appropriate building materials

• Perform safety inspections of scaffolding

• Assist in training and mentoring apprentice staff

Requirements:

• High school education or actively pursuing one

• Certification as a Journeyman is preferred

• Experience with construction safety protocols

• Ability to work safely at heights

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
