As a key member of Community Fire Prevention Ltd, you will lead critical fire and life safety inspections and repairs while guiding Junior Technicians. Your expertise helps maintain safety and compliance with the BC Fire Code and industry standards. You will ensure high-quality documentation and maintain open communication regarding inspection statuses.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular fire inspections per BC Fire Code
• Perform repairs and troubleshooting on life safety equipment
• Complete electronic inspection reports promptly
• Mentor Junior Fire Protection Technicians
• Participate in after-hours emergency rotation
Requirements:
• ASTTBC RFPT or CFAA Certification required
• Valid BC Driver's License with clean abstract
• Strong electrical and mechanical background
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
• Proven industry success and passion for fire protection
