Northstar Access is looking for Scaffold Erectors (Apprentices 1-8) to contribute to the construction of safe and effective scaffolding systems.

Your role will involve the erection, modification, and inspection of scaffold structures while collaborating with various crafts. This position requires joining the United Brotherhood of Carpenters as a condition of employment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and assemble scaffolding structures

• Oversee material inventory specific to scaffold projects

• Verify and adhere to design specifications

• Ensure regular inspections of scaffold safety conditions

• Mentor apprentices in best practices and safety

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Certified Journeyman or relevant experience preferred

• Familiarity with safety training systems

• Physical capability for lifting and working at heights

• Strong interpersonal and instructional abilities
