Purpose of Role:
We are looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to join our team in the Maintenance Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all administrative tasks for a maintenance department while communicating with various stakeholders and utilising office software to maintain organisation and budget tracking.

- Work Order Management:
Process, track, and file all maintenance requests and associated paperwork. - Inventory & Procurement:
Manage stock levels for parts and supplies, create purchase requisitions, track deliveries, and maintain inventory databases (often using ERP systems like SAP). - Scheduling & Coordination:
Schedule maintenance tasks, coordinate with technicians, and oversee external contractors. - Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate files, reports on costs, purchases, vendors, and equipment data. - Reporting:
Generate reports on maintenance activities, downtime, and departmental budget data. - Communication:
Act as a point of contact for staff and suppliers, managing inquiries and tracking deliveries. - Safety First:
Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
- Matric (Grade 12) qualification, a relevant diploma or certificate in Office Administration, Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in a professional, administrative or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Experience with ERP systems is required; SAP experience will be an advantage.
