Our client in the Manufacturing Industry is seeking a Sales Support Analyst to join their team.

• Promote Operating Principles of Safety and Health, Environmental Stewardship, Highest Ethical Behavior, Respect for People & Quality throughout the company.
• Perform all work according to work orders as per requirement.
• Analyse sales, customer and product data and provide actionable insights to guide the sales and marketing departments.
• Daily, weekly & monthly performance reporting including dashboards that track sales and product performance against targets.
• Trend analysis and other ad-hoc analytical tasks.
• Contributing to the development of annual sales budgets, Monthly forecasts, departamental plans and objectives.
• Communicating regularly with the sales team to drive targeted actions, milestones and awareness.
• Provide key financial and pricing data to the sales team and support on customer presentations reports.
• Maintaining material used in presentations, proposals, qualifications and other marketing tools and documents.
• Recommending changes to policies and procedures based on customer feedback or industry trends.
• Perform other administrative tasks within the sales departments as required.
• Use insights to optimise communication and planning in other departments.

• BCom or other related Degree
• 1-2 years Sales related exposure would be advantageous.
• Strong research and data analysis skills
• Excellent attention to detail, highly analytical
• Good organisation and planning skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Superior knowledge of systems such MS Office and specifically Excel
• Comfortable with change and proactive in adapting to new situations
• Results oriented and metrics driven
• Experience with in a manufacturing environment advantageous
• Experience with SAP ERP would be advantageous
