HR Manager

Sovereign, a national supplier of quality chicken products to various markets with operations in five provinces, is seeking a thorough and committed individual for the position of HR Manager for its operations in the Agriculture division. The HR Manager is responsible for the management and coordination of HR projects, administration of HR processes and employment practices, and provision of IR services to the business.

This position reports to Senior HR Manager. The ideal candidate must be in possession of a degree in a related field (BCom Psychology, BCom HR or BTech HR) and have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in unionized HR environment. Professional registration with a recognized HR standards body will be advantageous.
