HR Administrator

Responsibilities:

• Documentation Management: Preparing employment contracts, internal letters, and maintaining up-to-date employee files.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinating the administrative workflow for new starters and processing exit documentation for leavers.
• Data Integrity: Updating the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and ensuring all digital records are accurate, as well as keeping all employee information up to date.
• Leave & Attendance: Tracking staff leave cycles and assisting with the consolidation of monthly payroll inputs.
• Compliance Support: Assisting with the preparation of documents for EE (Employment Equity) and Skills Development reporting.
• General Inquiry Handling: Acting as a reliable point of contact for employees regarding standard HR policies and procedures.

• Excellent attention to detail.
• 1+ years experience in an HR environment.
• Experience working with large amounts of data.
• Strong computer literacy ability.
• HR Diploma/Degree will be advantageous.
