Our client is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join the Coega, Port Elizabeth team

• Develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
• Drive Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives.
• Ensure optimal asset lifecycle management andandcapital planning.
• Ensure maximum equipment uptime andplanetefficiency.
• Monitor KPIs and maintenance costs.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) on breakdownsand recurring failures.
• Ensure availability of critical spare partsand inventory control.
• Lead, mentor, and develop maintenance supervisors, artisans, and technicians.
• Manage performance, training, and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with labour legislation andcompany HR policies.
• Develop and manage the annual maintenancebudget.
• Control maintenance costs while improving efficiency.
• Manage contractors and supplier agreements.
• Lead capex projects related to plant upgrade sand new installations.

• Trade Tested Millwright
• National Diploma in Engineering advantageous
• Minimum 5–8 years’ maintenance management experience in an FMCG manufacturing environment.
• Experience with automated systems, PLCs,packaging equipment, and utilities.
• Strong exposure to food manufacturing(preferred).
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Valid drivers license and own transport
• Candidate must reside in the Port Elizabeth /Uitenhage area
