This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Manager at IOD Medical Centre in Port Elizabeth. The Junior Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing team performance, coordinating schedules and tasks, and ensuring that organizational goals are met. Additional responsibilities include maintaining operational efficiency, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and contributing to the development of successful strategies to improve team and organizational performance.

• Strong team management and leadership skills, including motivating and overseeing staff performance
• Experience in planning, organizing, and executing business operations, including time management and resource allocation
• Proficiency in communication, collaboration, and fostering professional relationships
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles is required
• Comfortable working in an on-site environment and coordinating multiple tasks efficiently
• Prior experience or knowledge in Human Resources is a plus
