Our Client in the Manufacturing Industry is looking for a Sales Rep to join their performance driven team. If you meet the below requirements, do not hesitate to send your CV for consideration.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets in the toweling sector.
  • Manageand grow a portfolio of key B2B and B2C clients across retail, hospitality,wholesale and additional sectors.
  • Maintainworking relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Conduct product presentations, pricing negotiations, and contract management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, Key Account Managers, production, and logistics.
  • Identifyprospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and managesales cycle to close new business in all service categories.
  • Prepareconcise and accurate reports, proposals, product displays, and other requireddocumentation for executive-level presentations
  • Achievemonthly goals and weekly sales targets by assessing current client needs and potential client opportunities.
  • Achieveagreed-upon sales targets and KPIs for the role.
  • Work closely with the Key Account Managers to ensure that quotas are being met andcompany standards are being upheld.
  • Expeditethe resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region and across borders.
  • Provide regular market intelligence and customer feedback to the collective team.
  • Attendtrade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings as required.
  • Manageand oversee the factory outlet as part of the job requirement.
Requirements
  • Relevant Tertiary Qualification or similar
  • 2-3 years relevant experience in B2B sales,preferably within the textile or toweling industry
  • Manufacturing experience is an advantage
  • Must have good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong network of industry contacts is aplus
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing high-value accounts
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and strategic in approach
  • Willingness to travelas required
  • Drivers license with own transport

Knowledge:

  • Salesand marketing principles and methodologies
  • Manufacturing Environment

Skills:

  • Abilityto hunt and secure new business.
