AEGIS AN/SPY-1 Radar Technician
You will serve as AEGIS AN/SPY-1 radar technician.
You will provide technical services involved with the execution of work assignments pertaining to significant tasks within complex project-oriented in-service technical support services in U.S. and allied ships and/or shore facilities.
You will provide technical/consultative services and training during Installation, and check-out, Integration tests, certifications, or other test/evaluation efforts at shipyards, on board ships, test sites, contractor sites, and/or school commands.
You will conduct research and comprehensive design studies into development acquisition and/or in-service technical support for assigned equipment.
You will evaluate technical performance up to and including the system level of equipment associated with equipment specifically related to hardware reliability, operation, performance and/or maintainability problems.
You will provide evaluation of and solution to fleet problems.
